Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service

We understand that getting your pet to us can be challenging, so we offer a pick-up and drop-off service with prior notice. Your pet’s comfort is our priority, and we’re happy to assist with transportation to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Booking & Deposits

To reserve your dog or cat’s spot, we require a £30 deposit. Please pay this deposit within 1 working week of booking. Non-refundable and non-transferable, this deposit secures your booking. Without a deposit, the booking may be canceled to accommodate other customers.

Pricing Information

  • Prices are based on per night stays. Cross-breed pricing is at the discretion of our staff.
  • Any departures after 12 noon will be charged as an additional night.
  • Dogs sharing a kennel receive a 10% discount.

Vaccinations required

Dogs only, in addition to their normal vaccinations, must also be protected against Bordetella, which is one of the most common types of Kennel Cough.

This ‘Vaccination’ is administered nasally and is normally given as part of the annual boosters.

We do, however, insist that your animals have valid vaccinations which cover the whole period that they are with us.

If the vaccinations have lapsed, have them re-done making sure that the course is completed at least 10 days prior to arriving at Ryslip.

Vaccinations required for Dogs are: Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza and Bordetella (Kennel cough)
