Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service
We understand that getting your pet to us can be challenging, so we offer a pick-up and drop-off service with prior notice. Your pet’s comfort is our priority, and we’re happy to assist with transportation to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Booking & Deposits
To reserve your dog or cat’s spot, we require a £30 deposit. Please pay this deposit within 1 working week of booking. Non-refundable and non-transferable, this deposit secures your booking. Without a deposit, the booking may be canceled to accommodate other customers.
Pricing Information
- Prices are based on per night stays. Cross-breed pricing is at the discretion of our staff.
- Any departures after 12 noon will be charged as an additional night.
- Dogs sharing a kennel receive a 10% discount.
